Park Hall Year 11 prom-Forest of Arden

Monday evening was such a special occasion in so many ways. Students leaving the academy to begin life in the big wide world.

Before the grind of daily life in their chosen vocation though, one last chance to get together and celebrate.

Every year I am amazed at some of the beauty on show. The young ladies go to so much trouble to look so amazing. The young men too looking cool and dapper in their suits.
The parents fork out their hard earned cash for not only the prom ticket but also the limo, the dress, the hair stylist, the make up, the nails & shoes and in some cases the spray tan.

Its probably fair to say that apart from their wedding day, these
guys and girls will never look more stunning.
So why then is it such a waste ?

Its such a waste because apart from the photos taken by parents and friends on their phones, They have a couple of seconds with myself to take a photo that they can purchase at the event to take home to show mom. and dad.

As a photographer trained in both classical and contemporary portraiture I look at these students and wish I could spend more

time with them to create images they will love. Something really

special to remind them of a time in life when they were at the start of developing into young adults.

So what am I offering

Although I am from Birmingham and had a studio in Castle

Bromwich for some years I am now based in Devon. I do however return to Birmingham frequently for weddings and events.

I will be hiring a room at Arden Hall some time in August for any

student to re-live their special day.

The students can dress once more in their dress or suit and spend an hour with myself capturing stunning images that will better represent the time and money you spent on your prom.

I will spent an hour or more with students both in Arden Hall and in the small garden at the rear that is beautiful for photography.

I have taken photos of many brides and grooms in the garden.

The cost

I know that you have just got over the cost of your event so I have kept the cost of this photographic experience shoot to just

£30.00.

Included in the price is a Free 12" x 8" mounted print from the photos taken on the day.

There is no further obligation to purchase anything else although
you will have the option of selecting any photos you may want. These can be prints, canvas frames, MDF blocks, photobooks and many other products.

This will be a one day only offer with only 4 places available

Four full sessions in one day is enough for any photographer before the quality suffers.
